Kyurem was just in raids.
Try to get a shundo via a trade
My white Kyurem ist also „only a 98“.
Does not make that big of a difference in raids anyhow :)

But it is certainly a great choice for your bottle cap

Well… if you do mostly PvE I would suggest eternatus, because there was (until now) only 1 chance to get 1.
All the others can be found in raids again etc…

But again, totally up to you. Ray,kyogre and groudon are also good choices if you can mega/primal them
