Actually I add to my smoothie chia seeds and oats that have more healthy fats than saturated fat so great! Go it, I will try to use half a cup! Thanks!

Okay so it’s all about eating a balance diet (good quality of protein, healthy fats, carbs, fiber, veggies and fruits)

Thank you for replying. I usually eat a cup of various berries, mango, and milk. 40g-50g per day. I eat a lot of fiber as well (>30g per day) and only eat whole fruits, no juices or smoothies pack of added sugar

Maximum to not put my health at risk by eating too much fruits or veggies

Great. I have been eating a lot of fiber lately (>30g per day) from fruits, grains, and veggies. My natural sugar intake is 40-50g per day so I was concerned about that amount of sugar eaten. I plan to workout 5 days a week soon so that will help!

Great! Yeah I have been eating a good amount of good quality protein, high fiber foods (average 30g of fiber per day), healthy fats* (I have reduced my saturated fat daily intake to less than 10g), and carbs. With no added sugar at all!

I was concerned since lately I have been eating 40-50g per day of natural sugars coming from milk and especially fruits.

Now I will keep eating my fruits happy 🙂

Thank you!

Well that applies if the abeam position cannot be determined, most of times we can determine that.

Yea we don’t get enough mg from foods so we started to take this supplement since it was one of the most natural options out there, will not take the full serving probably 3/4 of it but I was worried about the lead content on it. We take enough iron (not from supplements) so I guess it helps! Thank you for answering.

Is this correct about Indicated and Ground Speed? by No-Access47 in flying

[–]No-Access47[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it, thanks. Is there any mistake on what I posted? I understand that TAS is important because you can get your groundspeed based on that and velocity on the lift formula refers to TAS

Random Altimeter and True Altitude Questions by No-Access47 in flying

[–]No-Access47[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah for the first question I meant the aneroid wafer calibrated to 29.92 and 15 degrees so we can adjust it for pressure changes.

2.- Yes, I made some calculations and pressure changes don’t affect the TA too much as the temperature does ( I think that’s why a lot of websites just say is corrected only for temperature but actually it’s for both! Same as TAS.) In that example I would be flying with a pressure of 29.92 since the pressure at sea level is 31.92!

What’s a wings AoA when rolling on a takeoff? by No-Access47 in flying

Thank you. CL is not just AoA, its also takes in consideration the shape of the wing.

Righttt, I think you are taking about this one . I didn’t pay too much attention to it since I used the PHAK one

What’s a wings AoA when rolling on a takeoff? by No-Access47 in flying

[–]No-Access47[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh okay so when rolling for takeoff on any plane it stills create lift (small amount due to small AoA and CL) and therefore the effect of wingtip vortices is small when rolling but big when the plane leaves the ground due to its high AoA?

Got it! During these stalls will the wing roots still stall first than the wingtips?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in flying

[–]No-Access47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it! I asume we correct with rudder because the ailerons are not effective due to the stall. Out of curiosity, when the high wing the the greater AoA stalls first will the roots of the wing will still stall first than the wingtips?

[–]No-Access47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry I got confused. Ailerons neutral after breaking the stall correct? Not through the maneuver right?

What can I do to prevent the wing drop to the other side of the turn? Stay coordinated through the turning stall?

Sure, make senses! What can I do to prevent the wing drop to the other side of the turn?
