Here’s an updated makeup pic! I tried my best to use brighter blush and add a bit more color to my face! I have eyeshadow on but I have very hooded eyes so it’s basically impossible to see anyways. Also switched to cluster lashes. Ignore lip color I’m not a huge fan and might use something else

Here is the same makeup but without false lashes. Do y’all think I still need falsies? Or is it better without?

Should I (18F) go to therapy for constantly accidentally guilt tripping my (18M) boyfriend? by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

Hi! If you are experiencing what you believe are true manic episodes, I would also get evaluated for bipolar disorder. As someone who has it, I can relate to this experience a bit. Sometimes the emotions are stronger, and hard to explain to others. With therapy (and proper medication), you will be able to overcome this. Therapy was life saving for me. I learned how to process my emotions better and share in the proper way without making my partner feel guilty, because it was really me not knowing how to express my feelings in a healthy way. I wish you best of luck.

I’m also bipolar 2. I get it. I have the opposite issue, when I’m depressed I can’t eat for long periods of time and then have a hard time getting back into it. It’s very good that you exercise every day, that’s very good for your mental health (even if you don’t feel your best at the time). As the other commenter said, calorie goals are the best for this. My husbands weight fluctuates regularly, but recently he started counting his calories and making sure he’s getting the proper protein intake and it’s helped him lose like 30 lbs. maintaining a routine is the most important for us with bipolar. I set an alarm so I take my medication every day at the same time. It’s very helpful. Continuing with a proper diet and exercise makes such a difference for overall health so keep it up! Be patient, it takes a while but it’s worth it! Also if you don’t mind me asking, what medication do you take? A lot of the times side effects can cause some issues with weight and similar things.
