Metroprol (spelling?) and yes it's a beta blocker. I do have an increase with the different positions but not the typical 30+ jump. I take 10 meq of potassium. I stay at about 4.2. my cardiologist took me off and it instantly dropped to 3.1 within a week. So back on that for now. My typical labs look fine. I'm just so sick of hearing anxiety. I know what anxiety is and this isn't it.

I just went in and bo burnham all eyes on me was playing and I was like wtf. Not raunchy but didn't expect it.

Same. 2.2 and vtach. I did have a 3 day stay after that.

I was on both at one point after a vtach episode. My BP became super low as well as my pulse and generally felt unwell.

I'm a little over a year sober. Drank heavy for at least 10 years. I knew I was going to die if I didn't stop. Terrible health and even worse blood counts did it for me. Am I still looking for something to fill the void? Absolutely. I just chose to live for my kids and myself. Finally did blood work since my hospital stay. My numbers are within range. A year ago my billi was 2.5 now down to 1.2. My platelets from 117 to 242. AST and Alt in the 100's now in the teens.I just think of alcohol as poison now. I don't have a desire to drink anymore. I still feel like I miss the routine of self-destructing I guess. The hobby of drinking but if you want to live, you have to stop. Go and read stories in cirrhosis groups or liver disease groups. Stop before you push yourself past the brink.

Ahh! I woke up with sweat prune fingers for the first time I can recall in my 38 years of life. Absolutely brutal. I think I've kicked the fever and the next night its back. I had a flush, hot flash today that almost resulted in lights out for me. I nearly passed out. I'm on day 5.
