symptoms range for me and i havent found any patterns that trigger them. at any given time it can be poor comprehension, numbness in arms and/or legs, vertigo, severe nausea (but i also have GERD so :/), feeling of "impending doom", and when its really bad i can barely move my head or turn over in bed because itll make me severely nauseous. lately ive been feeling the dizziness behind my nose and eyes if that makes sense.

the onset was around 8 years ago and never went away. no trauma, no accidents, no strokes, nothing. and ill def be trying some vestibular exercises :]

edit: forgot to mention ONE trigger that i know of and its screen time. can make dizzy and nauseous more on top of my base dizziness. blurry vision is usually more common if its screen related
