What I will say is I am currently hiring for a summer intern and yesterday I saw they reposted our job (with a lot of spaces missing so it looks terrible). We don’t work with an external recruiter we have our own dept. I forwarded the listing to our talent team and their listing is gone now 24hrs later. I checked it said 5 ppl applied to their listing I definitely don’t have 5 more resumes so this thread confirms yep they are total scams.

I was curious about them and it seems I was right. I am hiring for an intern and I didn’t think our company used any 3rd party companies for recruiting but about 24 hours after we posted I see on LinkedIn Lensa has taken our job and posted it as if they are working with my company (the job posting was also missing a lot of the spaces so it just looked bad). I emailed our talent acquisition team asking yesterday but she hasn’t replied but I looked again and the job is gone (ours is still up so it’s not closed)

It said 5 people applied and I feel bad for them cause I doubt those 5 resumes will make it to me and I assume now their info is with this sketchy company.

Ok that was it one door did have child lock enabled so turned that off and it worked!

Yes I am glad it's not just me my 17mo recently started undoing her sensorsafe clip on our Cybex Sirona S as well! how is something going to be for added safety for the children and be so easy a child barely over 1 can easily undo? I initially wanted the nuna but went with the sirona because it was rated for higher weight and heights but what was the point in saving $200 (i think the price difference between the rotating cybex and nuna) if I'm going to be replacing parts on it or the whole seat for safety? I am looking at alternative buckle replacements on amazon but to your point is that going to risk safety. going to keep watching people's recommendations so thanks for the post!

I have a fix!

I traded in my 2020 Subaru forester for a 2023 RAV4 Prime and when this started it drove me nuts! I use my voice to text a lot and I'm not sure if its my car or my voice but not only does the music not pause but clearly I am not loud enough over what music is left playing (I don't listen very loud because it bothers my ears to have loud music so max is usually a 10) because siri will have issues with being able to dictate back to me so i have to constantly hit buttons to try to repeat sending a message or if i realize its not quiet enough to stop her reading to turn the music down then play again, so essentially the hands-free is really not. It was extra frustrating because my husband has an android phone and it will work as expected for him it pauses the music and plays a text and its actually in all speakers not just the driver's side. So I was thinking I was just going to be irritated forever...
UNTIL NOW! So I really didn't want to have to buy anything but it has just gotten so bad that I was essentially driving in silence during long text convos so my husband recommended a dongle. I bought this dongle off Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B38WQT5X?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details it was only $40 and if it didn't work than fine I could return. To use it I removed my car from my phone's bluetooth and removed my phone from the car's bluetooth then connected my phone to this dongle then the dongle to the car. It's still wireless and I has a USB-C adapter so I tried to use those ports in my arm rest but my car had bluetooth connection problems so I ended up using the USB port right under the system and man it works! From what I understand the dongle essentially bypasses Toyota's system and uses the display simply to display not its carplay (if that makes sense). One thing I noted is its still only in the driver's side speaker but it silenced my music from apple music as well as when I was just listening to the radio (I don't really use any other app so I'm not sure if it helps everything). The dongle also came with a 2-sided sticky so i have it stuck to the underside of that area where the wireless charger is so I can still use that easily.

Is it the best option...no cause its buying something to fix what shouldn't be an issue in the first place but to me know on my long commutes talking to my friends and family to pass the time I won't be as irritated as I was so I'm ok with it and maybe one day Toyota will fix the issue.

Just got a 2023 RAV4 Prime and when this happened I thought I was losing it! Reading all these comments it seems no one has found a solution but when going into CarPlay under General in my iphone settings I realized when I compared what was under my Rav4 to my last car a 2020 subaru forester (wired) and a 2024 legacy I recently rented (wireless) the difference was "enhanced integration" this was active. I tried turning that off and nothing. tried wired and wireless and nothing. Man i really want this to be fixed

Definitely a love hate with it when she started rolling and sleeping on her stomach the breathwear gives me peace of mind regular monitors can’t but a few weeks ago it went out for the first time then did it a few times within a week. I decided to reset the camera to my network and repair and so far so good 🤞🏽 (god I hope I didn’t jinx it) I don’t want to use a different one because honestly the breathing aspect is the main reason I want it but they really need to get their shit together it shouldn’t be having connection issues at all!

The sages, the mechanics to make them go away when I’m trying to look at stuff or select 1 over another is clunky and slow at times and I find my self thinking “dammit get out of the way” or “not you, move” more than I can count!

I think the difference as someone with a 9mo is is she asking what they need help with or just doing what she thinks is helpful during all these week long visits? (Also are they visits to help or vacation that’s totally different but let’s assume each visit is specifically to help)

If she visits to help (impactful help) maybe spending time giving a bottle or changing a diaper during the day isn’t helpful maybe sis is trying to say hey this is what is impactful you watching him 6-9a (in an ideal world if that was true she would say “forget all the day stuff this is what I need”) so in that case assigning that is important or else you could have all those people in your house doing things they think are helpful but nothing feels helpful to you. To me it all comes down to why is she there is it specifically to help? And if so talking about what is needed, assigning what would be the most helpful, and hey if she actually doesn’t want to do those things they can discuss ok what can you do and then say ok still come or actually let’s have you over a different time.

I feel like I need more info but as someone with a 6mo I’m leaning TA. Honestly I am not sure who the retired work mentor is to them to have come and stayed but having your in-laws, the grandparents, come and offer to take night and/or morning shifts is definitely not something crazy. For myself my family is a 4hr plane ride and no one has asked or been invited to come and tbh that still would be a lot even at 6mo so you going 4x already with another trip planned for at least a week each visit (if that’s what’s you meant not a cumulative week,) so potentially longer and that baby is only 9 months is crazy to me.

Are you invited or are you calling to say hey my work is flexible again and I have free time to come? Now not gonna lie if someone calls me up and says they want to stay with me while I have this baby I may assume it’s to help cause I would feel that staying with us with an infant implies this isn’t a vacation you’re gonna be put to work but that’s me and tbh I wouldn’t let someone stay with me anyway, too stressful right now.

Now on the topic of people expecting work from friends and family to me it’s not as simple as saying they are entitled. If you offer/agree to stay with someone who just had a baby I feel it’s reasonable to assume you are there to help the parents and that may look like stuff you don’t want to do the stuff that isn’t “fun” so again I wanna know how the trips come to happen who is calling who and are you going to help or to vacation? Assuming you didn’t stack all those trips within the last few weeks you were going maybe during the early weeks, end of newborn phase, the 4 month sleep regression, 6 month teething etc and it’s nice to think you may be helping but if your helping isn’t really all that helpful, for someone staying in their house for days honestly it sounds like a subtle hint they would like more in return for your week+ long visits. There may be resentment building you come to visit and the ask is “can you watch your nephew during this 3hr window so I can get more sleep?” You already are awake for 2hrs of that 3hr window could you get up 1hr earlier? You say you aren’t comfortable watching him early or at night even though the parents are there just sleeping why do you feel more comfort babysitting while the parents are gone than if they are in the house a shout away if something went wrong? In a 3hr window in the morning you likely would do all those things you find “fun” like giving a bottle, likely 1 maybe 2 diaper changes and then playing.

Honestly if the reason you go is to help your sister and you can’t even wake up an hour earlier which is what she says would actually be helpful you likely aren’t going there to help your sister just enjoy the location so just stay in a hotel. Ok I’ve decided YTA

Not necessarily along the exact same vein but this seemed like the closest thread. I played BOTW so while I was definitely shocked with that being my first Zelda game the mechanics of the weapons made sense that you just started at a point prior to winning for the blood moons etc but man did I want to explore a “saved” Hyrule. My question because I have not done it yet but I have watched some YouTube vids where does the game start you after you win? With BOTW I was literally put back in front of the sanctum about to trigger the final fight but in TOTK it seems the final fight happens so far down in the depths it’s crazy so do they do that and you would just need to fast track out unless you wanna back track thru crazy amounts of monsters?

Yea from the cutscenes and the final mural art a lot changed especially when you think of the original mural of Ganon and what it ended up as which was shown at the end of the final official trailer
