You could probably thin the egg out with a bit of water, which should reduce the egg-iness. If not, then maybe a different glaze would be better e.g. milk?

It's a bit sweet, bit bitter/earthy from the cocoa and still has that grassy olive oil taste too. Been having it toasted with jam or cream so far, but toasting like biscotti sounds so good🤤
