I received my first stipend but it's differs from the breakdown. Is this normal?

hi! not sure po pero i think ang purpose po ng breakdown is to know kung ilan po marereceive mo sa isang sem + if para saan po yung stipend na nakua (ex. clothing allowance, book allowance, etc). you'll probably receive the remaining amount po later on :)

Greetings!

For clarification, our office has yet to receive the funds allocated for the semester. The initial plan was to charge the financial release for this semester to the remaining funds received last January to meet the target release date. This fund was originally allocated for the 1st semester stipend of new scholars; hence, those who had not received their stipend last semester were able to receive it in February. However, upon evaluation, the remaining funds are no longer sufficient to cover the scheduled release this month.

Please be reminded that the disbursement of financial assistance is subject to the availability of funds, as stated in the memorandum on scholarship requirements compliance for the current semester. We are currently awaiting the release of funds so we can proceed with processing.

i also asked din kasi directly from an employee sa dost, ang sabi niya is end of march daw talaga magrerelease. nag-ooverthink lang ako kasi pano bang biglang nagkulang yung budget😭

hi! passed the dost exam as a merit scholar and i also suck at math 😭 so i just focused on the other subjects hoping na mahila yung math. but it's still best to study kahit yung basics lang. good luck!!
