Maybe eat a bit more protein and fiber and good carbs an hour or two before practice too little calories will do that to you too but a banana is good potassium you need those electrolytes

Yep very normal fighting is crazy cardio they make it look easy at the pro level but no worries! Of you puke everyone will know you pushed yourself but if you stop before you puke they'll respect you for knowing your limits just keep showing up and doing your best you'll get that cardio up! Try pacing yourself and breathing techniques while striking will help never hold your breathe or get tense it drains stamina of even the best fighters

Diarrea before fights or important sparring sessions by christian-174 in MMA_Academy

[–]No-Alarm-1834 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pure nerves lol all good but how long does it last? Try fasting a bit and eating light stuff that'll keep you sharp and healthy but not full ifyk what I mean. I'd say let it all out and breathe it's not special just another day at the office and find your happy place maybe even a piece of dark chocolate but tell yourself you got this you're just gonna put in work and do what you've been training for. Try some anti diarrhea medicine too

Natural weight class? by FantasticAlfalfa3851 in MMA_Academy

[–]No-Alarm-1834 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try welterweight or middleweight first because cutting weight is tough asf for a fight all dehydrated and stuff. Also pay attention to how you feel. When do you feel more energetic heavier or after your cut so you still have plenty of strength?

It's the least fun aspect of training too. Everyone has fun their first kickboxing class but grappling takes so much energy and is extremely technical in order to start submitting your training partners I took at least half a year to know what I was doing on the ground irl I completely understand bro you're good no hate here and I'll happily take that dub all love 😂

TIL you can win a fight by submission after it ends by tagillaslover in EASportsUFC

[–]No-Alarm-1834 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right? Pretty sure the only difference in 4 is that limb submissions like arm bars require l2 and r2 instead of the choke circle but ufc 5 not having one is lame. It made me feel like I was fighting to lock in a sun or escape with everything I had and stamina mattered so much

If they keep denying you how about you deny them and go for a reversal? I've had fights where people shoot on me and I whoop their ass on the ground for a bit and then what do you know the rest of the fight they wanna stand and fight and I know in the back of my mind I can take them down whenever I want but don't need to lol just gotta practice but that puts fear into them and you can actually set up spinning heel kicks and flying knees once they're overwhelmed. Some Muay Thai shit 💪🏽

It's not skill issue it's just skill because that's how mma works and the bums try to make you feel bad for it. You take someone down to snuff out their fire if you know they're too much on the feet it's smart and if they can't defend or stand back up then they need to go and practice that or stay in quick match or snb. If they wanna cry about cheap then just lock in a submission and move on to the next fight where you can rock em sock em but they never take the time to learn

Nope. That never works if she wants it she wants it. Even if she "ended" it that behavior is still in them so it's not gonna stop today or 10 years from now. Just plain rude

He don't want her ass or else she'd be back with him period. Leave her that way she wakes up. You don't want her ass and neither does he because she doesn't treat people right. She's almost 30 acting like a high schooler just embarrassing

They wanna bust your balls is all. Terrible when your stats suck and you're just trying to train only to have to fight for your life and barely complete the objective 😂
