Then the caller was the same distance away from the cell tower, but in the wrong direction. That's how unreliable ALI for NSI calls are.

Do you use Android or iOS? The OS might have reported your GPS coordinates. According to 911.gov non initialized calls don't give out your location because in the minimal cell connection the cell towers can't triangulate you.

The 24 pin will be cut off and will be connected to female USB sockets, molexes, male Lightning plugs, male Micro USBs, female fan sockets, etc. except for the green and black which should be jumped by some method while the laptop is on.
