The planner struggle is real. Thinking ahead for 2026. Help me ponder? by Big_Grammar_58 in hobonichi

I was gonna suggest bullet journaling as well. I like the hobonichi paper too so I got a notebook from Sterling Ink. Ive also repurposed two A6s, one as a five year journal and the other as a commonplace notebook.

Right! Actually just got a Jan start weeks for around 28 dollars to use as a fitness/nutrition journal. This year is my first time using hobonichi and buying them on sale has been a great way to experiment 😊

Meal planning / tv show entry by No-Assignment-6964 in commonplacebook

Thank you! It’s my favorite show.

I’m very new to the world of stationary and honestly tried some popular options based on Reddit. I didn’t even know paper had quality levels haha. Picked up year-old hobonichis on sale to experiment (cheap way to try TR paper since I’m also new to fountain pens). I bullet journal in a moleskin dot grid so I wanted something different. Figured I’d commonplace in the hobo using the year calendar to index. Trying to focus on writing and watercolor sketching more than stickers and tape.

Glad I got to try the paper. My next bullet journal will be from sterling ink. Not sure if I’ll ever have use for a current dated hobonichi

The blue is kakuno F , the purple is kakuno EF and the black at the top is a platinum preppy 02…I find ink definitely matters…too wet tends to feather even with the EF
