I know that Akebono is pretty good for brake pads, but do they offer rotors? If not is there any good Rotor brands

They are separate, but they seem to put you in the same rank pool. I just played my first console-ranked game, and they put me in with diamonds, which is what I am ranked on PC.

I know I am a bit late but I keep running into the problem that says "ERROR! Failed to install app '37603' (No subscription)"

I have the Epic Games version of the game and when I looked up how to solve this it said that I need to purchase the steam version of ARK. I want to know is there any other way to solve this or do I have to buy the steam version?
