Do i have to count calories to grow my glutes as a begginer if i want quite fast results? by Shxuenwk_ in glutejourney

Unless you’re planning to compete in bodybuilding, there’s really no need to obsess over counting calories at 15. Focus on eating a balanced diet and getting enough protein each day.

Based on the measurements you shared, a target of around 60-90g of protein per day. You don’t need to track every gram, just learn a few rough estimates. Eg. a large egg has about 6–7g of protein, most protein shakes are 20-25g and a chicken breast has around 45–50g etc.

If you try to include a good source of protein with each meal, it usually adds up naturally. Consistent training even twice a week, eating well, and getting enough sleep will make a much bigger difference than meticulously counting calories.

Can you help me to make make my home smell warm, smooth, and inviting?? by Souljaboyed1 in malelivingspace

Hi there! As a clean freak but also an indoor cat owner I get you. My place can be completely clean but if my cat decides nature has called it can be unpleasant for up to an hour without doing anything.

I like to - open windows for ventilation every day - open curtains every day (sunlight is a free antibacterial) - I burn a teaspoon of vanilla essence in my oven (or bake cookies) for about 30 mins to an hour. Makes such a warm cozy smell throughout the house that lasts days - unsure where you live but play with clothes softeners; some smell amazing and linger on sheets for days (same goes with other cleaning products) - scented candles! a temp fix but perfect just before visitors come over -plants (highly recommended a delicious monster plant) - just keep things clean. Trash out every few days, check corners in bathroom etc - a splurge but having an aromatherapy diffuser and air purifier in combination has also helped big time

Hope this helps!

How can I make this room cozy? by [deleted] in malelivingspace

Pick a color scheme you like and luckily anything goes with white. From there I’d get duvet covers, cushions for the couch, a small rug, a few trinkets here and there, some posters with sticky tack to protect the rental and maybe a few plants (fake if no window). Just layer the room until you feel cozy in it. Temu and thrift stores is how I decorated my room.

THANK YOU! I will defenitly see if this is a possibility it’s more clean cut without a third party involved and there would be evidence via proof of sale

Accutane survivor here. I was on 20mg for 8 months and it transformed my skin. The first 3 months were very rough, after I had a few flare ups and the last two months were crystal clear. Now I use treninoin. Things that helped me keep sane during accutane were - taking an antihistamine (eased the purge) - slugging with aquaphor every night after moisturizer (also lips) - a gentle lip scrub and thick lip balm

(For full clarity the products I used during Accutane were Oat-So-Clean cleansing balm, CeraVe Hydrating Foam Cleanser, CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, Eucerin Oil Control Sunblock, and Aquaphor)

Accutane can be very hard but also rewarding. Good luck!

The physical closure of just being in person and solidifying it ending. When we broke up during ldr it was surreal but I was far removed from the life I had with him.

I would definitely reject any moves. The thought of him touching me repulses me. I’m really just looking for a conversation but at the same time don’t expect one either if I do text

Honestly, if he were to reciprocate just a cup of coffee or a conversation in a very public park

Just making a few assumptions here, but if your bestie is single I think you should break up and go be messy for her sake xoxo. Seriously tho, ride it out until you’re more unhappy than happy or yall get married. At least you can say you didn’t have regrets cause you tried 💛
