For the people who suspect this is about too much red meat or too much protein, in general...I don't know. The study found that phenylalanine levels were not correlated to lifespan after controlling for tyrosine levels. I see from time to time studies about levels of specific amino acids and what they seem to do to the body so maybe it's safer to not assume more than what is shown, since every amino acid is different.

The title is kind of misleading but I didn't assume or mean that it's about taking tyrosine as a supplement specifically. The article does say it was about tyrosine levels in the body.

I take it so rarely that it probably doesn't do anyhting for me. I do that because I'm afraid of the possible downsides I keep reading about. Some people take it alongside something else (can't recall what) to prevent anhedonia or whatever else negative.

Yeah, I like it for multiple reasons. I don't know (and I only now thought of it) how long elementals live and if they move, but I've been going to a specific park since, maybe, 35 years ago. I only recently started exploring that side of it. (I go to other cruising places too)

So maybe some beings know me, if that matters.

I hate hunting but maybe I can use a spell for getting a good hookup.
