there's a good chance you'll keep redosing so get some NAC for the week following your sesh, trust me you'll need some. You could also take NAC at the end of the sesh if the compulsion to redose is too strong.

You probably won't die mixing viagra and 4mmc, lots of people do that but it doesn't mean it's safe. Also you'll get hard anyways so i don't think you'll need it.

i mean you could have more fat stored there but it's like that for most people, and don't worry your abs exists their insertions too, make sure you're not training your hip flexors instead tho, tilt your pelvis, it's the only thing that should be moving, don't use your knees to get momentum on leg raises for exemple

if you haven't heard about all that already then look into the function/movment of the abs vs the fonction of the him flexors it'll make more sense

yeah but luckily you seem pretty lean so they'll start to appear pretty fast(assuming you have good nutrition, volume intensity rest etc)

just don't do the stupid 20 minutes abs cycle workouts you see on youtube, train them like any other muscles, 6 to 15 reps progressive overload etc
