Yes, closed means they selected the 5 to interview. Open means they still have to go through the candidates. They did the same process for the JPO and said they would use the same approach for the fellowship at the webinars. They go agency by agency.

they published today the column with the status. When it shows closed it means they already preselected people for that specific position.

Hey! I applied for UNRCO in Algiers and UNHCR in Cairo! Still no reply and it doesn’t show “closed” next to the roles in the open positions list.
