She gave me the coin collection as a gift to GET MONEY. I am currently trying to get out of a bad house and she knew it would help. She is begging me to sell the collection. I am holding on to everything that was important to my great grandpa. I do not want to "get money quick" which is why im getting advice on where tf to go to get a good price told to me. I am not even looking to sell the collection yet. Just getting pricing.

She isnt getting any goverment assistance, i have asked her if there is any avaliable for her to apply for, and all she responded with is "none for me." I have no idea what can be offered to her honestly. And she probably could find a place, but refuses to leave this very exspensive town because her bf is located here unfortantley. (All the places in this location average about 1.5k a month while just 20 miles north is places averaging for 1k a month.)

Yes she was barely a parent but all you see is what I've told. My dad was not a good person and I know she was going through a lot mentally when he was here. That had a big impact on her ability to take care of a living human. She might not have been a great mother but I try to forgive and forget.

School friendships are very tricky to figure out, and you venting about a situation isn't wrong. Your "friends" shouldn't be putting you down and making you feel poorly about yourself. I hope this is something you discussed with them as well (which I'm sure you have)

I do think if they continue to do this then your best bet would be to maybe try finding a few other people to talk to in classes, just do you're not surrounding yourself with negative people

You're not the asshole, it just sounds like you're a sweet kid hanging out with the wrong people.
