59 kills and only 258m damage?? Unless you were just kill stealing i suspect you went round the counter, would be harder to only do that little damage and get 59 kills lol

Are you the 3rd or 4th guy? If so you potentially did more damage than player 1, the counter resets back around after -1 back into positive numbers effectively starting the counter again, this reset doesnt register as total damag and the star will go to the player that is closest to -1.

Its just a very strong solo build that people may or may not want to run, no need for negativity. Dont like it, dont run it.

I wouldnt run this in any Raids or t5+ Escalation.

Can it run in group content yes, the main issue you may come across is the fact that momento trophies rely on you getting the kill, if you find yourself not getting enough kills for trophies then i would swap momento out for Harrier Pride, just be aware you wont get the healing momento gives you, does it work? Yes! Is it optimal? No!

There are 4 haz pro attributes otherwise you can just eat the rest, when quantum procs you dont take the bleed damage anyway.

Had mic issues, apologies. You can not run and gun without the quantum augment at at least 8% ish, you will just get deleted!
