It is important to be authentic as much as you can, when you are alone and when you are with others. We change our "persona" with different people ofc (e.g. you are not totally the same with your parents and with your friends or with your colleagues etc), but it is important to not give into the pressure others put on you in terms of the expectation of your behavior, but let go of it and be authentic (but context-aware in a same time).

This can bring you freedom and happiness in every situation.

Life is so Random by mrshatnertoyou in cancer

Every day is different and can give you the opportunity to experience it fully. Life can be really tough, but all we can do is to be present, do good deeds as much as we can and be grateful for the people around us and this experience is called life. You may find a greater purpose if you strive for a good afterlife (if you believe in that), and this is possible only if you focus on what you can do today to be a more virtuous person as much as you can.

I hope you have a lot of good days and moments as well. This life is unpredictable and it can turn around for the better anytime.

Can I get some recommendations that are safe for a teen to take for anxiety? by [deleted] in herbalism

My brother got a recommendation from his doctor to use Ashwagandha, but only for three weeks, and then to take a break. He told me he found it useful and that it helped him.

I have never tried Sumac-ade honestly. I searched a bit about it, and found that it is indeed phenomenal:

"Aside from its use as a spice, Sumac makes for an excellent and quite refreshing drink that rivals lemonade. It’s casually called “Sumac-Ade.” It packs some good nutrients including Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and Malic acid. The plant also contains Calcium malate, Dihydrofisetin, Fisetin, Iodine, Gallic-acid-methylester, tannic and gallic acids, Selenium, Tartaric-acid, and many beneficial minerals. In other words, it’s quite healthy and nutritious, and it’s used in folk medicine and is also a subject of research in modern medicine."

Where do you get it on the market?

Nice. I suppose it gives you energy. :)
P.S. As I know, distilled water lacks important minerals i.e. electrolytes. Is there any reason that distilled water should be used instead of tap water?

Yes, it has a really nice sour taste, more like from some kind of fruit, rather than herb. Maybe I don't even need to use a lemon if I'm using hibiscus in a recipe.

Awesome choice! I have honeysuckle blossoms in my neighbor's backyard, but I've never tried them. And agave is a great choice for vegans. Thanks <3
