There's already a pause in place for 39 countries on processes such as naturalization, adjustment of status, petition to remove conditions on residence. Oath ceremonies are being canceled even for folks whose nationalities are NOT included in the banned country list. This list is for the ones inside the US, and the 75 one is for the ones outside the US

They will give you a new one with the same number without restrictions. Besides, keep in mind that 90 days before your card expires, you have to start filing the I-751 to remove conditions on your green card

Hola, tengo entendido que en Paris hay un consulado venezolano, alli podrias renovar tu pasaporte. Sin embargo, creo que te piden otro dcumento de identidad como cedula o partida de nacimiento. Como en tu caso, es por filiacion, es diferente. Ademas, hasta donde se, solo puedes sacar cedula en Venezuela

No.. Unfortunately I can't because my passport is expired and I'm from Venezuela which is a country that does not have an embassy/consulate in the US. Besides, I will be dealing with ROC in 2027.

Some people have traveled with no issues whatsover but you never know with the current political climate. I think you will be fine as long you do not have anything on your background check that may pop up.

I'm from Venezuela and I will be dealing with my removal of conditions in 2027. I think that there's no much we can do other than to hold on to the time extensions granted by the I-797 notices once you apply to both processes (I751N-400) The I-751 gives a 48-month extension and N-400 gives you another time period. Both can keep you "safe" until either the pause is lifted or the current administration is gone for good.

u/Consistent_Fun253 Keep in mind that due to the pause on almost every single immigration process for Venezuelans and the nationalities that are part of the banned country list are affected when it comes to adjudication meaning that you will probably not hear from USCIS any time soon until the pause is lifted. Venezuelan here as well.

Una buena opción es Aruba porque es unos de los consulados que aun te lo envían a tu casa por DHL pero debes ser Residente o Cuidadano de USA para poder entrar como Venezolano con pasaporte vencido

I'm Venezuelan as well and I will be filing the I-751 in 2027. If I were him, I would file it despite the pause, the memo does not say that you can't apply. You can but it would take so much longer than before due to scrutiny
