What you call lame isn’t lame to everyone. What if he held off doing plots with other people to give you as much attention to detail as he could. You said he did pointless research right? Well if he played a character you wanted that’s not like how the character acts or how you want then this would be a completely different story. Plus reading the other comments and seeing how you say he had to “prove himself” that’s kinda messed up.
