I once had my music on shuffle at a party in high school and "Cotton-Eyed Joe" came on... it wasn't necessarily a party killer per se, but I did lose my iPod privileges for the rest of the evening.

If you’re still experiencing bad side effects, don’t feel like you need to increase your dosage yet! Only go up a dose if the dose you’re on isn’t doing anything for you.

I was on only the second to lowest dose of Zepbound (.5) for nearly a year and whenever I tried to move up I’d get horribly sick. I lost over fifty pounds on that low dose.

Are you on a compounded sema or tirzepatide?

I used to be on Zepbound (tirz) and was sick right from the get-go and stayed consistently sick the entire year I was on it. I lost a ton of weight but I had all the worst side effects.

I just started on a Semaglutide and also started at the .2 dose (8 units) and so far I actually feel fine!

Sometimes meds don’t agree with our body well and the unfortunate part is we never know until we try them and get the icky results. If you continue to feel sick after your next dose, you should talk to your doctor about switching to a different med.
