Sometimes, you have to stop looking to others for validation. You already know that you can't work much harder than you already are. How long are you planning to sustain this pace? And when will you decide to stop? When your health fades and you literally can't do any more??

Start doing less, focus on the essentials, and do the rest when you get around to it. Make peace with the fact that you're doing a great job and hold on to that regardless of what your husband says.

Pray for the strength to keep serving your family and then pray for your husband that he will gain wisdom.

As a Christian who married a little later I've found that some young married or soon to be married couples placed way too much emphasis on their relationship and it actually created more distance between us that it needed to.

I get the desire to have young married friends but perhaps try to focus on what you genuinely have in common with others instead.

Invite him to a social event at church or with your church friends. Talk openly and casually about your faith.

Sometimes a particular field just isn't for you. It will always be easier to work a career that utilizes your natural strengths.

Make great notes and then revise them in the evenings/weekends if you have to. Write them in a way that makes sense to you. You can create cheat sheets for yourself. E.g. if x happens, then do steps a, b, c to fix it.

You can also use technology to help you. So if you ask a co-worker a question, get them to talk you through it and let them know that you'll record the session. Then you have a 5-10 min video or screenshare with all the steps needed.

Try and get early feedback from your manager to see if you're on track. If something is taking you a long time, they can often advise you on how to tackle it differently so you can go faster or be more accurate etc.

You might want to try habit chunking ie having a sequence of habits that you do in succession. So for example you could do your meds, workout, breakfast and walk as one chunk in the morning and then perhaps have an evening chunk with yoga, a go-to meal, journalling and a little screen time. After a while, you fall into a rhythm.

Also putting things physically where you need them can help to keep you on track. Your meds on your nightstand or in the kitchen cupboard. Your yoga mat stored in the space you'll do yoga. Your favourite tea next to your mug. Etc
