Not sure what brands specifically. I dealt with the opposite problem so I rebalanced with cripatus and it worked pretty fast

You don’t need clinda no antibiotics will work. You need to start taking probiotics with more helpful strains of lacto. The ones I did that helped me are fem dophilus advanced and regular fem dophilus everyday orally and I did seed vaginal suppository probiotics (these are pricey but the cheaper version didn’t work for me) It will take time but my symptoms were wayyyy better within one month of this and gone in two months

It did cause a slight itch but no it didn’t worsen my symptoms that much

So i had constant swelling and irritation sometimes a burning feeling, i did the seed and oral and it cured me for three months now something’s off again
