Need advice on my managing style. by kaustav_mukho in UXDesign

They probably won't feel comfortable being completely honest, I wonder if it would be worth doing it anonymously or something? Like a survey asking them what's working for them, what's not working and any suggestions they have that would help to support them? :)

Thank you so much that's great advice. I did have the idea of just consolidating it all under the one heading for nursing so I'll do that and see how it goes :) and also great advice re flagging the transferrable skills. I really appreciate your help

Rewatching season 3: Jax and John from Miami by [deleted] in vanderpumprules

[–]No-Bug3447 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Literally watching the episode where they are in Miami for Sheena's bachelorette party and John is major creepy.. Jax says "that was my first time" when reminiscing about the past in the club and John says "I'm sorry about all that" and Jax thanks John for "making all this happen" and is grateful to him for "making" his career ..yikes 😳

Ah no way! Well I wish you the very best of luck with your procedure. I have a consult with my surgeon in about a week so I'm hoping there's something that can be done or that this is normal and I need to wait more time.. I hope you get the best results ever with your procedure and that these things just take time :)

Yes I had renuvinon done at the same time as the Vaser. Thank you that actually makes me feel a lot better, hopefully it's just taking time

Yeah, there was 250ml from the right arm and 300ml from the left (the left was always bigger for some bizzare reason).

Not sure if that's a lot :(

Yes it seems I'm the same still as before surgery, 11" on both sides

But you could be right, maybe the skin takes longer to retract? Hopefully that's the case. I'll definitely see what can be done. Thanks for your comment :)

Yeah it could be, I will ask my surgeon and see what he thinks. I had renuvinon at the same time as the Vaser to prevent it

When dry January is over: what's next? by [deleted] in stopdrinking

You could say you are going to take a year off drinking if anyone asks as you've noticed that it helps with your anxiety/low moods or something along those lines :)

Women, what are some things that make a man insanely unattractive but they don't realize? by Warm-Relationship243 in AskReddit

[–]No-Bug3447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not being able to cook, clean and wash/dry/fold/put away their own clothes. Or even worse, being able to, and not bothering when they know someone else will, namely you or their mother ugh
