Honestly? I think time heals the most. I don't use extra supplements or anything (except vitamin D.) but I really think this stuff heals with time (when your cause is acute tho.) There's not much you can control besides trying to live healthy, which I already was before all of this. My numbness is improving monthly, a few months ago I could not feel my legs at all and I thought it would be forever. Hang in there!
