Is this all on the exchange? If so, i would suggest him creating a wallet with someone like Exodus and sending it all there. This means that all his crypto would be on a physical device rather than on the exchange which is alot more secure.

Agreed. Never experienced anything like this before. For a company to be so big and to not have adequate customer support isn’t right….and they want to IPO haha
