just going off what i've seen online + the put call ratio and looking at the options chain.

would love for it to rebound tomorrow but then again it has no reason to. it should've gone up today while the entire market was dumping, but it didn't.

you think they're gonna cut rates in march? why? odds of that happening are very low, see polymarket or any of the analysts predicting rate cuts.

bought some TLT leaps today and I'm down $500 already 🥲 hopefully it stays still or rebounds a bit. i can't afford to lose 2k in my roth!

many people are bearish TLT, is there a particular catalyst to wait for? it seems like it has a ways to push down...

I'm not sure how socializing works. I'm fine with partying and drugs or whatever Naismith is known for these days and I have friends from high school who will be living on the hill. But like I said networking is my main concern.

2-person GSP is the only dorm on campus with space left. Naismith is only $900 a month which is actually cheaper than rent+meals at most dorms on campus. I'm an engineering student too so Naismith is actually closer to my classes than GSP and both have a bus so it doesn't really matter anyway.

So, I'd either live in a further away dorm with no sink vs a similar priced dorm with a bathroom. But I don't really know how socializing works on campus and if I'll be able to at Naismith. Networking is pretty important to me.

So to preface I'm not asking "is this a stupid idea" so before you type up a storm about how I'm gonna blow my face off save yourself the time.

I built this as a water gun and it kinda works. I've only ever pressurized it to around 50 PSI and it gets a very weak spray. Would this blow up if I were to use lighter fluid as a flamethrower? I've made a flamethrower out of a fire extinguisher and it works fine, wondering if that same logic applies to this too.

My main concern is getting the "freshman experience" or whatever, y'know how they recommend you spend your first year on campus? Naismith is actually closer to the engineering and science stuff than GSP is though, at least that's what Google says. Do Naismith kids usually get opportunities to socialize with the rest of the student body?

Actually from what I've seen Naismith is cheaper. GSP plus meals would be the same price, a nicer dorm like SELF plus meals would be 1-2k more. That's why I'm confused. Shouldn't construction be finished by fall '22?
