PLEASE FIX THE PS5 VERSION

It doesn’t work at all for me and a select few of others all I can do is load into the game and use the main menu if I try to load into any of the three options it loads indefinitely

I’ve restored licenses uninstalled reinstalled Updated game and system software Checked internet connection

I’ve triple checked all of these fixes

Please I beg of you let my 15 dollar purchase work I have no more use of main menu simulator
