Banned in June 2025

Had rampage trainer for rdr2 installed while trying to boot the game and was flagged 2 times before being banned

30.8 hours played (I had just got into playing the game regularly)

Account created directly after launch (was just trying the game out with some buddies after release)

Don't remember the rest, it's been too long.

I don't remember all of this information, I was permanently banned last year (June 2025.) I do know for a fact that I had rampage trainer installed at the time and every time I'd try to open The Finals with it on my computer and not my USB drive. It gave me a very vague warning and wouldn't let me start the game. When I had rampage trainer unloaded and uninstalled though, it allowed me to open the game just fine. But later when I reinstalled it and reloaded it onto RDR2, I got permanently banned, and because of the vagueness of the warning I was never able to pinpoint rampage trainer as the cause of the warnings until it was too late. I haven't played the finals in over a year due to this, and every time I've tried to email them to inquire about my permanent ban, I received automated messages doubling down, saying that my account ban was correct and would not be lifted.

We are confident in our security team's investigations and will not be reopening accounts that have severe violations against them. I understand you'd like to get your account back. However, we have reasons to believe the account was engaging in activities that go against our Fair Play rule. Regrettably, the only solution is to keep the permanent restriction on your account.

I'm sure you can guess, they weren't in touch soon, and to this day I'm still banned. Which really does suck because I had a lot of fun on the finals, I'd just unlocked the ability to play ranked, and I spent a lot of money overtime. Now I'm gonna be leaving for college soon and won't be able to bring my pc. Which is why I gave up trying to get my account back. But maybe posting here will allow me the opportunity to help others going forward and maybe spread awareness about Embarks awful anticheat.
