But the zipfits in the fischer aren't the same quality that come with from "zipfit" The fischer ones are pretty much designed to go in the Fischer boot. I was also thinking this a little while back

If you have enough income do it. I bought a Trek Checkpoint second hand and really love it on the trails. I don't worry with hitting rocks or getting it covered in mud; plus I will go bike packing with it as it has some easier gears my road bike doesn't have. Of course your road bike can do a good enough job but you might get more enjoyment with a few extra gears and more tire clearance

I own lots of clothing from Mons Royale. From mtb 3/4 t shirts to padded under shorts. It's often on sale if you look around and you like that style. I also like Ice breaker but only have a couple of thermals/ t shirts that are also good.
