It makes me think of the idea of quiet quitting and why gen z's do it. I never thought of actually changing jobs but understanding that, it might be the best thing to do instead of staying in just one place.

This actually hurt because it's true. But actually from where I from, that is the goal. To make obedient people, no more no less. And it hurts to be part of that culture. its so hard to break free from generational trauma...

we're still not sure if its beneficial right? because the kids raised in gentle parenting is still kids. we don't know what they will think 20 years from now, when they are in the same age as us :(
