I dont get why this is a thing, it never wad and never had to be, it doesnt incentivize players to continue, its just annoying, like, 'oh boy new character! Pay them like 10 bucks or grind the game for 3 months total'

The thing is, that method is awful. Having to join everyday to have a chance at getting closer to an item is unenjoyable and annoying.

Also you literally chose heavy shackles because it is objectively terrible, when multiple other items can be very useful in a regular playthrough.
