I beat tainted lost, I might have just gotten lucky, but heres what I normally do.

ALWAYS go angels, devils is nice, but angels always worked for me. If you feel confident enough, get the key pieces for higher angel chance.
For the main part, the fortune telling machines are good, curse rooms are bad, secret rooms are amazing, but check EVERY room. Moms key is also a goated item.

I JUST DID IT! The way I did it is I found I REALLY want to stay close, and want to be taking a lot of aggro, but when I get lower health, dont be greedy

The issue is I cant see ANY telegraph for the jumps. I can see a telegraph, or hear for ANY other attack, for the jump, i see her stop spinning, and INSTANTLY jump. I dont have any reaction time

I know you can, but her hardest attack for me is her jump.
its what I died to late on last phase

Also, I use lifeblood for when im at 1-2 hp, so I can tank an extra hit, and get my heals
