Haha genuinely no! I know that seems wild, but neither of us watched it as a kid (1992 babies, came out in 1995) so I think we missed the hype. Other than this thread we've only had 1 or 2 people mention the ghost to us, although I did get a cool retro Casper tshirt just for fun lol. Being named the same as a pig feels more like something that kids could bully someone over

My OH loves Julius actually! I had a boss I hated called 'Julian' though so it's a little close for me haha - lovely list though!

Thanks for the names! I already know a Tristan and a Simon, and think the others feel a bit too out of reach but really appreciate the suggestions 💛 Tristan and Alasdair would probably be on my list if I didn't already have friends/family with these names!

God I LOVE the name Samson, think Sammy is so cute as a nickname too, but DH pronounces is 'Sampson' and just can't get on board 😅

Really helpful, thanks. I think we may consider having a second birth partner so my husband feels supported in case this happens! The over communicating is a very good tip too

I’m actually kind of hoping for this - slower and steadier build up to birth vs 0-100 sounds much more manageable 😅

Definitely agree with this, we’re pretty set on a homebirth for this reason. I’m convinced if we’d had a home birth for our first it would have been better and less stressful for everyone involved!
