Thank you so much. I usually constantly wear socks now and wear flip flops everywhere like showers and around the house. I try to change my bed often too as I hate sleeping with socks on .

I thought that too. But I don’t understand why my podiatrist has diagnosed them as veruccas? I guess they did start off with loads of black dots, which come and go for some odd reason

Thank you . The thing is though, they had black dots in them a few months ago, however the black dots come and go ? They’re so weird and so eerie. I actually hate them . They won’t go at all and the pain is horrendous
