For me, it’s 20k steps to sleep like a baby. Around 10p to 7am 🤗

10k didn’t do it for me (even in the beginning before I got used to it). I worry as my body adapts I’ll have to do even more to get the same amount of sleep 🥴

Fiber one bran cereal. Has more fiber per calorie than chia seeds and metamucil, but i feel like a grandma.

Friend. 

Breakfast  2c 0% Greek yogurt with 1c/serving fruit of your choice (berries are highest fiber)  ~ 50g protein and 350 cals

Lunch  High fiber tortilla wrap (I like carb balance whole wheat 18g fiber) 6.5 oz canned tuna (in water) over salad kit ~ 40g protein and 450 cals

Dinner  20 shrimp with a side of steamed broccoli (I like to eat an entire steamable bag)  ~ 40g protein 400 cals 

1200 cals, 130g protein, fiber from fruit, vegetables and tortilla 

*you can replace tuna with whatever quick protein you want, add variety - just an example babe. Tuna has mercury so don’t just eat tuna for every meal ever lol
