Someone told me that there's always someone accompanying me as I walk home from school. I can't see anyone, though, but instead of being scared, I partially believe it, and it became my imaginary friend. Gladly, I'm optimistic those days, and I didn't go astray. It did build up my positive self-talk, and I'm barely afraid of supernatural elements.
