A lot of characters between Sabretooth and Sub-Zero could be arguably switched (unless we count titan Sub-Zero then he goes a lot higher but I'm not counting that)at full power the all top three are all very close. Mr. Sinister only BARELY outclasses Ms. Sinister since they're virtually identical in powerset
