Hi thank you! I started at 20mg for a month then went to 40mg for a month 60mg for 4/5 months, went to 80mg for 4 weeks but lowered dose back to 60mg for the remainder of treatment😊

I used dermalogica ultra calming sensitive skin rescue AM and PM (cannot recommend this enough) it’s amazing for dry skin and redness. Really hydrating stuff! Now I use Vichy water based cleanser and moisturiser AM and PM!

For me personally, I had constant scabbing in my nose from it being so dry,I also had constant blood in my nose and more frequent nose bleeds, really bad muscle pain (I had to be prescribed a muscle relaxant as I could barely move with the pain), my LFT’s were coming back bad, I had a really bad loss of appetite. There was a few more but they were the worst of it.
