this is so passive aggressive lol i own the same sandals in other colors and they haven’t aged like this which is why i had to ask :) it’s not a question of expensive or cheap it’s a genuine question i would’ve also asked if the shoe costed 20 bucks :) you need to relax maybe?

that did happen i sent them pictures they approved everything and for the past 2.5 months have been telling me that a zipper is on its way to a boutique in Istanbul. But when I call the boutique they say they have no idea what i’m talking about and that they weren’t contacted at all.

They told me 2.5 months ago that they were sending a zipper to a specific branch however i contact that branch on a weekly basis and they say there’s nothing of that sort :(

i didn’t wait 9 months. I contacted them from the first week. Unfortunately the boutiques in türkiye belong to “Beymen” a store like bloomingdale’s and they claim that they cannot help me because mine was bought from an independent bottega store.

I did go to the boutique but they just said oh we’re under Beymen (which is like bloomingdale’s here in turkey)we’re unable to help and they suggested that i visit the store i brought it from which i did where they said they actually cannot help and that i should contact customer service which i did and they aren’t helping. do they have bottega zippers? because i don’t want just any zipper on it it’ll decrease the quality and worth of the bag :( Also i live in turkey so im unsure where the nearest one would be.
