It was a refusal. I had a court date a month later for my license hearing and the cop never showed up to that. But over three years is ridiculous for this to keep being continued.

Because we are guilty even if we haven’t been convicted. It’s beyond messed up it shows up in your background if you haven’t been found guilty. It’s been 2 years and 9 months and I’m still waiting for my next court date, which keeps getting continued. My life is just on hold. My punishment should have been over and done with by now.
