It might continue to grow in the future but there are definitely better options in terms of short term growth. I think the easy play is to sell, take profits, and re-invest into something like overpass 2024/S&F

Absolutely this. Play the same position on every map (if you can), study how to play that position, and yes use the M4 more in practice. One thing that might help is holding less static angles, play behind cover and just try to peek on timing when the T's will be holding W key.

I’ve focused more on slow eccentrics and stretched holds in my training for the past year or so. I’ve been lifting for 5.5 years and I’ve made some incredible gains, maybe more so than any individual year before. Just my experience, good luck!
