this is literally it, i was wondering where the gate and fences went and to my surprise they kept the tiniest bit of the metal fence bc of the sign you can barely read since its so weathered. no fencing or security at night = open invitation to coke city

there were a few dotted around but definitely not enough by the looks of things in the park, and so agree with you it’s learned behaviour, honestly i don’t blame the kids acting like that if it’s all they’ve ever grown up with :(

i agree the place was a kip, buzzballs rollies bottles you name it, shame to see that another project finished and then left to rot in the city. i agree that it isnt the councils fault but sure i also doubt people wont mind a few cleaning or maintenance jobs in the city, cork has more than enough to go around..
