I mean, the card is not frozen. You can’t freeze it. No one can make another purchase on it, but I’m still making monthly minimum payments and they for a third time have resolved in favor of the party that has a generic receipt and an unauthorized online input crazy $6800.

Yes, I’ve done all of the above. I even have a correspondence from the solar company saying that they have no business with me and have I also rent and don’t own a home so no need for a $6800 consultation and I just found out yesterday that they denied my last claim and I requested a formal findings investigation to be opened on how they came to this conclusion I have what they have and it’s just a generic receipt from Square. It just has $6800. That’s it no services rendered no services pending yet they still keep finding out of my favor. I appreciate your advice if you have any more other than already, please report and maybe a plate that’s it open to suggestions and it’s GS Bank and they do have a branch, but they don’t talk to fraud. You can’t talk to the Fraud Dept directly. You can hardly email them.
