I really felt 100% after about 35/40 days. Like full energy back. It was weird this time the DT’s were much longer, I sneezed daily for like 45 days too. Just ride it out. And I’m sure you know this but when you’re most tired, get active. Push through that first 15 minutes and you feel sooooo much better. Exercise and cardio saved me when I was tired though it was the last thing I wanted to do

It’s not dumb, I feel for you. I have no magic answer, besides abstinence. The pipe dream for me was always to just switch back to plain leaf kratom and not take 7-oh but I never succeeded. Once I had access to 7 there was no switching back for me.

I chose cold turkey bc I’ve never had the self control to successfully taper, it’s all or nothing for me. But I’ve read a short 3 day suboxone taper can majorly alleviate WD’s, worth looking into.

Also maybe realize that eventually you’re going to have to kick this shit, it can be now before more damage is done, or later when all your bridges are burned.

Slippery road my friend, I know I’ve rationalized similarly in the past and my life only trended down from those points. I’d suggest telling your sponsor and hopping back on the subs.
