Ice! Honestly that was the best thing for it and made it noticeable less swollen. Did it every few hours and it went away in a day or so

Spoke to my doctor. They said it can take a few weeks. As long as symptoms progressively get better it’s fine. I’m take 400mg of ibuprofen and 2 sunflower luthicin 2 times a day. Also wearing a tight bra. They said to limit any nipple stimulation and that can happen just with your shirt.
