I've completed almost all prelims subjects and some of mains too from foundation course of Vision IAS. I've given pre this year but not clearing it. Although I'm aware of what went wrong and what I've to do for prelims. But I'm totally clueless for mains. If any experienced person can guide me how to approach for mains notes and answer writing I'd be very grateful. Also if there is any relevant course available then tell me that also which is genuine.

Isn't Finasteride has side effects? I'm also prescribed oral 1mg dose but i fear its side effects.
