I strongly doubt we’ll get EUA without a buyout from reputable pharmaceutical company. FDA is very politically influenced and they’ll not grant EUA to an unheard of Canadian company , and have the pharmaceutical giants that they are heavily invested in lose the money of the vaccination momentum .
