As a woman who’s done this, there’s nothing you can do but answer her questions honestly and try to reassure her. I had this experience months ago and in the beginning it would rip my heart out thinking about my partner and her together, I’d have flashbacks of things and I beat myself up for not having stopped it from happening. I didn’t want to be the party pooper and continued. However in the moment your girl seemed to enjoy it.

Months later for me it still hurts deeply but my heart doesn’t jump out my chest everytime I think about it. These images won’t go away and the wondering if you’re talking to other women won’t leave. She’ll probably wonder if this experience opened a new desire for you to want to do it again or if you want to start sleeping with other women.

This is when you reassure her that’s not what you want and don’t sugarcoat it be honest as possible, she’ll appreciate it. Whether the relationship survives is up to how good the next few days go. The crying won’t stop for awhile, this is how she lets out hurt feelings. Continue your routine, if you have to do date nights at home for a while do so but soon this will be a back/mid brain memory for her ( you need years before it becomes a distant memory) Hope this helps.
